Urgently Hiring: Nursery Teachers (English)
A well-established Nursery School in Kuwait is looking for passionate and qualified Nursery Teachers. If you have experience working with young children and a love for early childhood education, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
- Create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where children feel valued.
- Observe and assess children’s development and plan next steps in learning.
- Collaborate with parents and carers to support children's development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
- Ensure the classroom environment is clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a Kindergarten setting.
- Fluent English is a must.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 180 KD.
- Room: Free.
- Working hours: 8 hours/day.
- Other benefits as per local law.

تبحث حضانة معروفة في الكويت عن معلمات حضانة ذوات شغف وخبرة في العمل مع الأطفال الصغار. إذا كنتِ تمتلكين خبرة في التعليم المبكر وتحبين العمل مع الأطفال، فإننا نود سماعك!
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تخطيط وتقديم منهج يعتمد على اللعب يلبي احتياجات جميع الأطفال.
- خلق بيئة آمنة ودافئة يشعر فيها الأطفال بالقيمة.
- مراقبة وتقييم تطور الأطفال وتخطيط الخطوات التالية في التعلم.
- التعاون مع أولياء الأمور لدعم تطور الأطفال.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتقدم الأطفال وإنجازاتهم.
- ضمان نظافة وتنظيم بيئة الفصل الدراسي.
المتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم.
- على الأقل 3 سنوات من الخبرة في بيئة الروضة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
الراتب والفوائد:
- الراتب: 180 دينار كويتي.
- الغرفة: مجانية.
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يومياً.
- الفوائد الأخرى وفقاً للقانون المحلي.
