Purchasing Officer – Immediate Joining

We are looking for a Purchasing Officer with solid experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring essential materials and services, including chemicals, packaging materials, and other products required for the production process. As part of the procurement team, you will negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure we get the best prices while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet business needs
✔ Negotiate contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
✔ Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
✔ Maintain quality standards for purchased products by conducting regular assessments
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards
✔ Document all purchases and maintain accurate records, including invoices and delivery schedules
✔ Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is sufficient and coordinate with the warehouse team
✔ Assist in preparing and analyzing procurement reports and cost analysis
✔ Maintain relationships with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
🏭 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
🚀 Immediate availability is required
✅ Valid Visa 18 transferable
💼 Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes
📝 Proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems

✔ مراقبة مستويات المخزون للتأكد من توفر الكميات الكافية والتنسيق مع فريق المستودعات
✔ المساعدة في إعداد وتحليل تقارير الشراء وتحليل التكاليف

المتطلبات:
🎓 درجة بكاليروس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة
🏭 خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في نفس المجال في صناعة التصنيع
🚀 الحاجة للتوفر الفوري
✅ تأشيرة 18 قابلة للتحويل
💼 مهارات تفاوض قوية ومعرفة بعمليات الشراء
📝 إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وأنظمة ERP
