Quantity Surveyor - Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for an exciting new project in Kuwait. If you have the required expertise and passion for construction, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and contract management for construction projects.
- Analyze project costs and ensure compliance with budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to negotiate contracts and prices.
- Stay up-to-date with construction laws and regulations in Kuwait.
- Provide regular reports on financial status and project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti construction laws and regulations.

- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على التفاوض.
- إلمام بقوانين ولوائح البناء في الكويت.
