Finance Manager Job Opening
We are urgently hiring a Finance Manager with proven experience in the Kuwait market. This position will focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can lead the financial team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency.
• Develop financial strategies in line with company goals.
• Manage financial risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in Kuwait, ideally with experience in diverse industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in Kuwait.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in financial software, Odoo experience is a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

المتطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة كمدير مالي في الكويت، ويفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في صناعات متعددة.
• معرفة قوية باللوائح المالية ومعايير المحاسبة في الكويت.
• مهارات قيادة وإدارة الفريق.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• إتقان البرامج المالية، ويفضل الخبرة في Odoo.
• درجة في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات التفاوض.
