Project Health Safety Environment Manager
Overview:
As an HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, managing training, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to promote safety, minimize environmental impact, and drive continuous improvements in HSE practices.
Primary Objectives:
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Minimize workplace incidents and accidents through proactive risk management.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and environmental sustainability.
- Continuously improve HSE practices to meet industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on key HSE performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with experience in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.
- Practical experience in design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of Oil/Gas installations.
- Practical experience with HSE management systems, reporting, and audits.
- At least two or more HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor).
Environmentalist
Primary Objective:
The Environmentalist is responsible for coordinating environmental tasks within engineering disciplines, ensuring that all work adheres to the contract’s specifications and meets schedule and budget requirements. You will provide innovative solutions to operating problems in the oil and gas sector, manage environmental projects, and contribute to the development of company standards and design methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineers and graduates and ensure that all tasks are carried out as per agreed codes and standards.
- Coordinate and assist in preparing contract documents, including design criteria, scope of work, and procedures.
- Conduct environmental studies and manage environment-oriented projects.
- Prepare technical reports and operating manuals.
- Mentor and train new graduates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on environmental engineering.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems and applicable safety standards.
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff.

Land Surveyor (Field Survey Data Analyst I)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing control points for assigned projects.
- Support the environment team in marking soil sample locations and borehole locations.
- Record survey results, including shape, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features.
- Work with the construction team to verify RFIs (Requests for Information) in a timely manner.
- Conduct field verification and assist with UXO (unexploded ordnance) targeting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.
- Proficiency with GPS & Total Station Surveying Systems and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SDR surveying package and other modules.
