Assistant Well Site Leader
- Organizes and leads pre-job safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
- Leads daily planning meetings and discusses operations with tool pusher, segment and third party supervisors.
- Attends daily planning call with supervisors from various parties as applicable.
- Maintains look ahead planner to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services including contingency plans.
- Responsible for checking that equipment and services comply with the contract.
- Manages proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to cement, barite, bits, as well as rental equipment.
- Responsible for checking equipment on site to ensure readiness. (QA/QC)
- Ensures Material Requests are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.
