Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tenders and related procedures.
• Experience in creating commercial proposals, quotations, and managing contract conditions.
• Coordinate procurement, sales, and project-related activities.
• Manage daily project communications and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Address challenges and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales & Projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email communication.
• Transferable visa required.

المسئوليات الرئيسية:
• إعداد العروض التجارية والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
• خبرة في إعداد العروض التجارية، والاقتباسات، وإدارة شروط العقود.
• تنسيق أنشطة الشراء والمبيعات والمشاريع.
• إدارة اتصالات المشروع اليومية والمتابعة.
• إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية والأجندات ومحاضر الاجتماعات.
• الحفاظ على تقارير المبيعات، والميزانيات، والتوقعات المحدثة.
• معالجة التحديات وتصعيد المشكلات حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في ما قبل المبيعات والمشاريع.
• معرفة قوية بـ MS Word و PowerPoint و Excel والبريد الإلكتروني.
• تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل مطلوبة.
الراتب: يعتمد على الخبرة.
