1. Officer/Senior Officer - Services - Administration Affairs Department
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

1-3 years of experience in the same or related field.

Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute purchasing operations, liaise with suppliers, assess their performance, ensure their adherence to commitments, and apply quality standards in purchasing activities.

Engage with companies to request and analyze various price offers to select the most suitable one.

Draft and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with their terms.

Prepare and issue purchase orders, register assets, and fulfill departmental material and service requirements.

Follow up on invoices and payments to ensure accuracy.

Manage the renewal and issuance of licenses and documents through various ministries and agencies.

Perform archival duties, organize, preserve, and classify documents according to established procedures.

Maintain the public register, including recording and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Assist and support colleagues, and perform any tasks as needed based on work requirements.
