2. Administrative Coordinator - Archives & Records - Administration Affairs Department
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.

Up to 5 years of experience in the same or related field.

Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Monitor and oversee daily operations for the file-keeping department, including receiving and distributing mail and correspondence to relevant individuals or departments.

Manage file and record-keeping systems, apply procedures related to record search processes, retention, or disposal.
-
Participate in the automated archive program to preserve specified records permanently.
-
Coordinate and monitor the company’s mail distribution process, improving efficiency and identifying technological needs.
-
Supervise activities in the secured room, including preserving or retrieving new documents from agreements, contracts, and stock certificates.
-
Perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by management.
3. Senior Officer - Accounting Department
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
3-5 years of experience in the same or related field.
-
Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CA) are preferred.
-
Proficiency in English & Arabic languages.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Monitor day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained effectively and accurately.

Ensure proper entries in general ledger accounts and follow-up on periodic reconciliation of suspense accounts, bank accounts, receivables, payables, and other assets/liabilities.

Review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents to ensure alignment with department policies.

Review petty cash expenses.

Record fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions, and depreciation in the accounting system.
-
Prepare and review periodic financial statements and related schedules.
-
Ensure all accounting entries adhere to international accounting standards and company policies.
-
Monitor financial data and reports for company systems and manual filing systems.
-
Resolve accounting discrepancies and provide policy orientation for new staff.
-
Monitor Actual vs Budget reports on a periodic basis.
