Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
- Strong creativity and design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling displays and layouts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Catalog Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Catalog Management:
- Monitor and update the product catalog to reflect new product introductions and discontinued items.
- Ensure all product details (e.g., descriptions, specifications, images, pricing) are accurate and consistently updated in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, IT, Creative Studio, etc) to collect and validate product information.
- SAP Data Management:
- Input and maintain product data in SAP, ensuring alignment with the latest updates.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity of the product catalog within the SAP system.
- Generate and analyze reports from SAP to track product life cycles and inventory.
- New Product Onboarding:

- Working closely with the commercial teams in charge to select the best articles for every production feature and facilitate their return
- Working as a member of a creative team to produce the best possible & inspirational scenarios
- Maintaining the integrity and originality of the brand in every visual production
- Creating a network of reliable resources and service providers to support the photo/video team
- Maintaining a clear data sheet of all the used articles and communicating with the departments/personals in charge
