Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant in the restaurant or hospitality sector

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting

• Understanding of restaurant cost structures (food cost, labor cost, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and inventory

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Reconcile bank statements and POS system data

• Monitor food and beverage cost control and wastage

• Coordinate with the operations team for budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in audit processes

• Support payroll processing and staff expense reimbursements
