Informatica ETL & SAP BO Specialist
We are currently hiring for 5 positions for Informatica ETL & SAP BO Specialists to be part of a major transformation project. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter ETL development and SAP BusinessObjects reporting within the banking and financial services domains.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Domain Expertise:
-
Deep understanding of core banking systems and financial products such as loans, mortgages, savings, and payments.

Familiarity with various banking data types, including transaction data, customer information, and regulatory data.
-
Awareness of compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) and best practices for secure data handling.
-
Knowledge of risk management practices, including data utilization for fraud detection and reporting.
-
Experience with real-time or near-real-time data processing in banking environments.
Informatica ETL Expertise:
-
Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for efficient ETL of large volumes of banking data.
-
Strong skills in integrating various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud systems.
-
Expertise in data transformation for reporting, analytics, and system integration.
-
Ability to optimize Informatica workflows and mappings for large datasets.
-
Experience in designing error-handling strategies and debugging complex ETL processes.
-
Knowledge of automating and scheduling ETL jobs to ensure smooth data pipeline operations.
-
Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tools to maintain data integrity and consistency.
SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Expertise:

Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects suite for creating and managing reports and dashboards.

Ability to design and develop Universes, Web Intelligence reports, and Crystal Reports.

Experience in integrating SAP BO with various data sources and ensuring data accuracy in reporting.

Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of SAP BO reports and dashboards.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing relational databases commonly used in banking, such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts for data aggregation, reporting, and analytics.

Familiarity with API-based integration for data ingestion and extraction in modern banking systems.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze large volumes of banking data and generate insights through ETL processes.

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve data-related issues.

Experience in integrating ETL processes with BI tools to enable comprehensive banking analytics.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Requirements

5 to 8 years of total professional experience.

5+ years hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter in ETL development.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reporting and dashboarding.

Minimum 2–3 years of domain exposure to banking or financial services, especially working with sensitive financial data and compliance requirements.
