Position: Data Entry Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily data entry activities related to client meal orders.

Use the dashboard system to review and sort clients based on custom notes, allergies, and dietary preferences.

Generate and distribute accurate daily meal preparation lists to the kitchen team.

Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure all meals are prepared and delivered according to client specifications.

Monitor and verify data to ensure all client requests are properly logged and executed.

Address and resolve discrepancies or issues with client orders in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date records of client preferences and feedback to improve service quality.

Train and supervise additional data entry staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations coordination (preferably in the food or hospitality industry).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with kitchen staff and management.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.

Comfortable using dashboard systems, spreadsheets, and internal order tracking tools.

Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف على وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية لإدخال البيانات المتعلقة بطلبات الوجبات للعملاء.

استخدام نظام الواجهة لمراجعة وتنظيم العملاء بناءً على الملاحظات المخصصة، والحساسية الغذائية، والتفضيلات الغذائية.

إعداد وتوزيع قوائم تحضير الوجبات اليومية الدقيقة إلى فريق المطبخ.
-
التنسيق مع فرق المطبخ والتوصيل لضمان تحضير الوجبات وتوصيلها وفقًا لمواصفات العملاء.
-
مراقبة والتحقق من البيانات لضمان تسجيل وتنفيذ طلبات العملاء بشكل صحيح.
-
معالجة وحل أي مشكلات أو تناقضات في طلبات العملاء في الوقت المناسب.
-
الحفاظ على سجلات محدثة لتفضيلات العملاء وملاحظاتهم لتحسين جودة الخدمة.
-
تدريب والإشراف على موظفي إدخال البيانات الإضافيين، وضمان الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الدقة والكفاءة.
المؤهلات

خبرة مثبتة في إدخال البيانات أو الدعم الإداري أو تنسيق العمليات (يفضل في صناعة الطعام أو الضيافة).

اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتنسيق مع موظفي المطبخ والإدارة.

القدرة على العمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بشكل فعال.

القدرة على استخدام أنظمة الواجهة، وجداول البيانات، وأدوات تتبع الطلبات الداخلية.

خبرة سابقة في الإشراف تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
