E-Commerce Project Manager – Join Our Team!

Are you an experienced leader in digital project management? Do you have a passion for e-commerce and want to drive the future of online retail? We are looking for an E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee the full implementation of our e-commerce platform and ensure its success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the e-commerce platform, including planning, platform selection, execution, testing, and launch

• Evaluate and recommend the most suitable e-commerce solution based on business needs and technical requirements

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, IT, Design, etc.) and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery

• Manage the integration of the e-commerce platform with existing systems

• Oversee the development of the platform’s user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), ensuring alignment with branding and usability standards

• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Monitor risks, address challenges proactively, and ensure successful project completion

• Lead vendor selection and performance monitoring

• Report regularly to senior management on project progress and key milestones

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital project management, with at least 5 years specifically leading e-commerce projects

• Proven track record of delivering successful e-commerce platforms (preferably in retail, manufacturing, or B2B/B2C environments)

• In-depth knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.)

• Strong background in cross-functional project leadership and vendor management

• Experience integrating e-commerce with other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and inventory management

• Sound knowledge of e-commerce UX/UI, customer journey optimization, and conversion strategy

• A mix of technical understanding and business insight

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• قيادة تنفيذ منصة التجارة الإلكترونية من البداية للنهاية، بما في ذلك التخطيط، اختيار المنصة، التنفيذ، الاختبار، والإطلاق

• تقييم وتوصية الحلول التجارية الإلكترونية الأنسب بناءً على احتياجات الأعمال والمتطلبات التقنية

• التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين (التجارة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، التصميم، إلخ) والموردين الخارجيين لضمان التنسيق والتسليم في الوقت المحدد

• إدارة دمج منصة التجارة الإلكترونية مع الأنظمة الحالية

• الإشراف على تطوير تجربة المستخدم (UX) وواجهة المستخدم (UI) للمنصة، وضمان التوافق مع معايير العلامة التجارية وقابلية الاستخدام

• إعداد وإدارة خطط المشروع التفصيلية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات

• مراقبة المخاطر، ومعالجة التحديات بشكل استباقي، وضمان إتمام المشروع بنجاح

• قيادة اختيار الموردين ومراقبة الأداء

• تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول تقدم المشروع وأهم المحطات

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

• أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع الرقمية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في قيادة مشاريع التجارة الإلكترونية

• سجل حافل في تسليم منصات التجارة الإلكترونية الناجحة (يفضل في بيئات البيع بالتجزئة، التصنيع، أو B2B/B2C)

• معرفة عميقة بأهم منصات التجارة الإلكترونية (Magento، Shopify، WooCommerce، BigCommerce، إلخ)

• خلفية قوية في قيادة المشاريع عبر الأقسام وإدارة الموردين

• خبرة في دمج التجارة الإلكترونية مع الأنظمة التجارية الأخرى مثل ERP و CRM وإدارة المخزون

• معرفة قوية بتجربة المستخدم (UX) وواجهة المستخدم (UI)، وتحسين رحلة العميل، واستراتيجيات التحويل

• مزيج من الفهم الفني والبصيرة التجارية

• مهارات قيادية، تواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ممتازة

المؤهلات التعليمية

• درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة
