🔧 OPEN POSITIONS:

1️⃣ Estimation Engineer – PL&FF

• As an Estimation Engineer specializing in Plumbing, Fire Fighting (PL&FF), you will be responsible for analyzing project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
•  You’ll work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure project budgets are both competitive and achievable. 
• Your daily responsibilities include evaluating materials, labor, and timelines. 
• You will also support the tendering team with technical input and value engineering ideas. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. 
• Proficiency in estimation software and AutoCAD is a must. 
• You will also liaise with vendors and subcontractors for pricing. A background in MEP systems is preferred. Must have 5-8 years of relevant experience.

2️⃣ Mechanical Engineer

• You will be managing the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
•  Tasks include creating blueprints, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing installation processes.
•  You will supervise construction and maintenance activities to ensure mechanical systems operate effectively. Coordination with multidisciplinary teams is crucial.

• إعداد تقارير الخدمة وتحديث سجلات الصيانة. يشترط معرفة جيدة بأجهزة التحكم الكهربائية والمحركات.

•  يُفضّل الإلمام بأنظمة سيمنز أو إيه بي بي أو شنايدر. يشترط خبرة تتراوح بين 5 و8 سنوات في أنظمة التحكم.

1️⃣3️⃣ سائق ثقيل

• تشغيل وصيانة المركبات الثقيلة مثل الشاحنات والمقطورات. 
• نقل المواد من وإلى مواقع المشروع. 
• ضمان إجراءات التحميل والتفريغ الآمنة. 
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش يومية للمركبات.
•  الحفاظ على سجلات القيادة النظيفة واتباع قواعد المرور. 
• التنسيق مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والموقع. إجراء صيانة بسيطة للمركبة عند الحاجة. 
• احتفظ بسجلات التسليم الدقيقة
• العمل في ظروف جوية متنوعة. يشترط رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وخبرة من ٥ إلى ٨ سنوات في قيادة المركبات الثقيلة.
