Role description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kuwait. The Key Accounts Sales Supervisor will drive sales growth and manage a team of sales representatives. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand your customer base. You will be required to build strong relationships with key customers, analyze sales data to improve performance, and set accurate sales targets. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that sales strategies align with company goals.You will also be responsible for:
Conduct regular performance reviews and training for team members.
Preparing and submitting sales reports to management
Identify opportunities to expand by selling additional services to the client.
Develop promotional strategies and lead their implementation
Oversee account management and ensure customer satisfaction
Main requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent experience in team management and leadership
Advanced customer relationship management and communication skills
High proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proficiency in Arabic and English is an added advantage.
