Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders and replenishment plans aligned with sales and forecasts.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with local and international suppliers.

Develop new product assortments in coffee tools, accessories, and small appliances.

Work closely with marketing and retail operations to support business needs.

Maintain accurate documentation, pricing updates, and supplier evaluations.
-
Track margins, purchasing performance, and inventory aging.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in purchasing or category management (retail or consumer goods preferred).

Experience in coffee or small appliances categories is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is required.
-
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

المسؤوليات

إدارة أوامر الشراء وخطط إعادة التوريد وفقًا للمبيعات والتوقعات.

التفاوض مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين بشأن الأسعار وشروط الدفع والتسليم.

تطوير تشكيلات منتجات جديدة في أدوات القهوة والإكسسوارات والأجهزة الصغيرة.

التعاون مع فرق التسويق والعمليات التشغيلية.

الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق، تحديثات الأسعار، وتقييمات الموردين.
-
متابعة الهوامش، أداء الشراء، وتقادم المخزون.

بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين لضمان عمليات توريد في الوقت المناسب.
المتطلبات
-
درجة بكالوريوس في الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة 3–5 سنوات في المشتريات أو إدارة الفئات (ويفضل في التجزئة أو السلع الاستهلاكية).
-
خبرة في مجال القهوة أو الأجهزة الصغيرة تُعد ميزة إضافية.
-
مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتحليل وحل المشكلات.
-
إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، وإجادة اللغة العربية شرط أساسي.
-
إجادة استخدام Excel وأنظمة ERP.
