Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait
Background in food delivery companies (Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez, etc.)
Fluency in Arabic, English, and Hindi
Strong knowledge of Kuwait areas and rider management
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to handle shift schedules, attendance, and performance management
Responsibilities
Supervising daily delivery operations and rider performance
Coordinating schedules to ensure smooth workflow
Monitoring attendance and maintaining accurate operational reports
Communicating with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency
