Minimum 1 year of experience in the maintenance field (for Maintenance Coordinator)
Mandatory retail experience (for Sales and Store Manager roles)

Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordinator
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all facilities and equipment
Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance requests from different departments
Liaise with technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work
Maintain records of maintenance tasks, service reports, and inventory of tools/materials
Ensure compliance with safety standards and support preventive maintenance planning
Monitor asset conditions and report issues proactively
Retail Positions
Salesman / Saleslady (2 Vacancies)
Assist customers, drive sales, and maintain store appearance
