About the Role

ZAIN1635 - Contact Center Agent
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assessing and evaluating customer concerns and resolving their problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Promote Zain's products and services by understanding customer needs and interests and providing them with the right offers that match those.
- Troubleshoot service equipment issues.

Postpaid Offer Configuration
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for CVM offer configuration, banner setup, and digital ads, resolving issues or escalating as needed
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign and offer launches
- Support in planning, configuring, and documenting new offers, including drafting high-level technical requirements
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Generate monthly CVM-related reports for the CVM, digital, and analytics director
- Maintain effective coordination across teams when launching new CVM initiatives
- Prioritize tasks based on commercial value, strategic alignment, and customer impact
- Assist with customer base segmentation analysis to identify micro-segment targets
Prepaid Segments
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and documentation of product designs, concept papers, and lend support to product production throughout the pipeline (marcom, technical, sales agent trainings, etc.) communicate in- depth business requirements to technical teams
- Coordination with relevant stakeholders including internal Marketing (Budgeting, Planning, and Customer Insights and CVM, Marcom functions etc.) as well Non-Marketing departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales etc.) to help ensure successful and timely product launches
- Conduct post launch analysis to verify the profitability of launched product and services, identify threats and opportunities, and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Research industry trends to identify and respond to developments relevant to Zain
- Benchmark international markets with regard to ATL Prepaid products, services and customer requirements, derive learnings for Zain and report to Segment management to support the generation of initiative ideas
