Depending on the position, responsibilities include:
Station Duty Manager / Ramp Manager / Turnaround Coordination Manager / Lounge Supervisor – oversee daily operations, ensure smooth coordination, and manage teams
Cargo Manager / Cargo Team Leader / Cargo Lead Agent / Cargo Officer / Cargo Technician / Cargo Security Roles – manage cargo operations, maintain safety and security standards, and supervise staff
Passenger Services Supervisor / Lead / Agent / Lounge Agent – deliver excellent passenger service and maintain operational efficiency
Technical Supervisor / Specialist / Technician / Agents – maintain technical equipment and ensure operational readiness
DSC Coordinator / Quality & Safety & Security Specialist / Registration Clerk / Transit Screening Agent – ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
