Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in the IT field
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Valid and transferable Visa 18
Responsibilities
Receive and respond to IT support requests from internal users
Log and assign tickets to the relevant IT teams (Support, Network, System, ERP)
Provide basic troubleshooting: password resets, email setup, software installation, and connectivity issues
Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
Track work orders and monitor ticket progress
Coordinate tasks smoothly between IT teams
Prepare and maintain documentation: meeting minutes, internal reports, and technical logs
Communicate with vendors to request or follow up on quotations

استقبال والرد على طلبات الدعم الفني من المستخدمين الداخليين
تسجيل وتوجيه التذاكر للفِرق المختصة (الدعم – الشبكات – الأنظمة – الـ ERP)
تقديم الدعم الأساسي: إعادة تعيين كلمات المرور، إعداد البريد الإلكتروني، تثبيت البرامج، وحل مشاكل الاتصال
متابعة التذاكر المفتوحة لضمان حلها في الوقت المحدد
تتبع أوامر العمل ومراقبة تقدم التذاكر
التنسيق بين فرق تقنية المعلومات لضمان انسيابية العمل
إعداد وحفظ وثائق مثل محاضر الاجتماعات والتقارير الداخلية والسجلات الفنية
التواصل مع المورّدين لطلب أو متابعة عروض الأسعار
