Occupational Therapist
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Sabah Al Salem. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and work-related abilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, monitoring progress, and educating patients and their families on strategies for maintaining and enhancing functional independence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies for achieving functional goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to manage patient care efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid occupational therapy license.
- Experience working in clinical or rehabilitation settings is preferred, and familiarity with advanced therapy technologies is beneficial.

- هذا دور وظيفي بدوام كامل في موقع العمل لأخصائي علاج وظيفي في صباح السالم. سيقوم أخصائي العلاج الوظيفي بتقييم احتياجات المرضى، ووضع خطط علاجية فردية، وتقديم تدخلات علاجية لتحسين حياتهم اليومية ومهاراتهم المهنية. تشمل مسؤولياته التعاون مع أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين، ومراقبة التقدم، وتثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول استراتيجيات الحفاظ على الاستقلال الوظيفي وتعزيزه.
المؤهلات
- الخبرة في تقييم العلاج المهني وتخطيط العلاج والتدخلات العلاجية.
- معرفة تقنيات إعادة التأهيل والمعدات التكيفية واستراتيجيات تحقيق الأهداف الوظيفية.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل والتواصل والتعاون للعمل بشكل فعال مع المرضى والعائلات والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- التفكير النقدي، وحل المشكلات، والقدرات التنظيمية لإدارة رعاية المرضى بكفاءة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلاج المهني من مؤسسة معتمدة.
