Key Responsibilities المهام الرئيسية
- Lead and execute business valuation engagements using accepted valuation methods.
- Prepare detailed feasibility studies for new projects, expansions, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain Excel financial models, including cash-flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support valuation and feasibility assumptions.
- Write clear reports and presentations for clients, partners, and investors.
- Support due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance projects.
- Support business development activities, proposal writing, and client pitches.

Qualifications and Experience المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree such as MBA or MSc Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in corporate finance, especially business valuations and feasibility studies.
- Experience in a Big 4 firm, mid-tier advisory firm, investment bank, or corporate finance boutique is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CVA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
