- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cost per cubic meter reports, and management dashboards.
- Support annual audit work and coordinate with external auditors.
- Assist in annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support statutory filings and compliance with local tax and construction industry requirements.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll processing for plant operators, drivers, and admin staff.
