- Manage SCM processes including purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory movements.
- Gather requirements and prepare functional documents such as BRD, FRD, and FDD.
- Support UAT, testing, and deployments.
- Handle data uploads using DMF and Excel Add-in.
- Provide user support and coordinate between business and IT teams.
