Job Details & Responsibilities

Area Manager (F&B)

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistent quality and service standards. This role requires strategic planning to maximize Ad Coverage of market opportunities and drive revenue growth across all locations. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional Human Resources management skills, including staff training, performance monitoring, and ensuring strict adherence to Healthcare and food safety protocols. You will be the primary link between the outlets and senior management, providing detailed reports and operational insights.

Requirements & Skills

• Extensive Professional Experience specifically within the F&B (Food & Beverage) sector.
• Proven track record in managing multiple locations or large-scale operations.
• Must be a Local Hire currently residing Inside Kuwait.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and Human Resources management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and operational budgets.
• Valid Transferable Residency (Article 18) is highly preferred.

مدير منطقة (قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات)

يتولى مدير المنطقة مسؤولية الإشراف الكامل على مجموعة من الفروع، مع التركيز على رفع كفاءة التشغيل وضمان جودة الخدمة المقدمة. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات عالية في الموارد البشرية لإدارة فرق العمل وتحفيزهم لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية. كما يشمل الدور مراقبة تكاليف التشغيل، وضمان الالتزام بكافة معايير السلامة الصحية والغذائية، وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول أداء المنطقة وتطوير خطط العمل لزيادة الحصة السوقية للشركة.

• خبرة احترافية سابقة ومؤكدة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B).
