Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental management systems in line with client requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance, support and training.
- Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and apply control measures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance during project execution.
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry organizations and stakeholders on HSE regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports, statistics and documentation required by the client and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance and safety culture.

Qualifications | المؤهلات
- Four-year full-time degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Bachelor of Technology in Engineering, or Bachelor of Engineering.
- At least fifteen years of experience in HSE or EPC projects within oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers or heavy chemicals.
- Exposure to large-scale oil and gas and marine projects.
- Excellent written and oral English language command.
- Arabic knowledge is beneficial.
- Industrial Safety Diploma is an advantage.
- NEBOSH International Diploma is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CSP, CMIOSH or CRSP are an advantage.
- ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 auditor certification is an advantage.
- Certified training on QRA, HAZOP or HAZAN studies is an advantage.
- درجة جامعية لمدة أربع سنوات في بكالوريوس العلوم في الهندسة أو بكالوريوس التكنولوجيا في الهندسة أو بكالوريوس الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال HSE أو مشاريع EPC ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز أو المصافي أو البتروكيماويات أو الأسمدة أو المواد الكيميائية الثقيلة.
- خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز والمشاريع البحرية واسعة النطاق.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.

- دبلومة السلامة الصناعية تعتبر ميزة.
- دبلومة NEBOSH الدولية تعتبر ميزة.
