Al Mailem Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesman - Auto Spare Parts to join its growing team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive spare parts.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing information, and suitable alternatives.
- Check stock availability and coordinate orders for out-of-stock items.
- Handle sales in the retail counter and outdoor sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Use strong product knowledge to support branch sales targets.
- Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and related documentation.

- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Age preferably 25–40 years.

- خبرة ذات صلة بسيارات أمريكية ويابانية وكورية.
