• Experience resolving Tier I and II hardware, software and application issues.
• Knowledge of LAN switching, VLANs, routing protocols, Cisco LAN/WAN and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on-site, 7 days per week and maintain on-call availability.
• Current U.S. passport and ability to complete deployment and medical screening requirements.

• Active Computing Environment certification, Associate or higher, such as Azure Administrator Associate, NetApp or similar.
• Systems administration and/or systems engineering experience.
• Customer-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on-site, 7 days per week and maintain 24/7 on-call availability.
• Current U.S. passport and ability to complete deployment, medical screening and host nation work visa requirements.
