• Oversee integration with SCADA, data historians and field instrumentation.

• Validate data quality and model alignment so digital outputs reflect engineering and operational conditions.
• Analyze well performance and identify production-optimization opportunities.
• Support field teams in diagnosing artificial-lift performance issues and recommending actions.
• Contribute to the development and calibration of well, surface-network and optimization models.
• Coordinate with operations, field-development and reservoir teams on surveillance and intervention priorities.
• Develop technical procedures, standard operating procedures and user guides.
• Coach and train client engineers and field users.
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder engagement and system rollouts.
• Monitor system connectivity, data availability and uptime and coordinate responses to hardware or software issues.
• Prepare technical reports, success stories and justifications for expansion, enhancements or maintenance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in production engineering and artificial-lift optimization.
• Experience with the ForeSite platform or similar production-optimization tools.
• Familiarity with SCADA, real-time monitoring and exception-based surveillance.
• Strong communication, technical documentation and mentoring capability.
• Production-data analysis experience with tools such as Spotfire or Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience in multi-lift environments and different field conditions is preferred.
• Knowledge of surface-network modelling, real-time optimization and business-intelligence integration is preferred.
