Customer Service Officer


Ensure the smooth overall front office flow in order to provide a good patient experience. • Schedules and Register patients according to the center’s policies. • Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant, professional manner and direct them to appropriate location/services • Ensure all insurance claims are filled accurately • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times • Attend all the incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and respond back in a timely manner to missed calls • Schedule all appointments in a smooth and efficient manner to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient work scheduling of clinicians
المهارات
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service Officer (or similar) in a healthcare organization. Preferably in Physiotherapy department. • Bilingual • knowledge in insurance is a must • Knowledge of Hospital Information System is preferred but not a must,. • Must be prepared to work morning and evening shifts. Qualifications: • Diploma or higher degree in any discipline
