1- "Audi Service Technician"
• 3 years of mechanical repairs in Premium Automotive Brands.
• Proven Technical Ability.
• Team player.
• Problem solving orientation.
• Speaking / Writing: English (Arabic is a plus).
2- "Audi Service Quality Controller"
• 5 years of mechanical repair in Premium Automotive Brands.
• Diagnostic skills and thorough understanding of Audi products.
• High knowledge in technical processes.
• Speaking / Writing: English (Arabic is a plus).
3- "Audi Service Team Leader"
• 5 years of mechanical repair in Premium Automotive Brands.
• Knowledge of the function of all vehicle controls and systems.
• Ability to carry out basic fault diagnosis based on customer description, vehicle inspection or road test.
• Ability to estimate accurately times for diagnosis and repair.
• Team player.
• Problem solving orientation.
• Speaking / Writing: English (Arabic is a plus).
4- "Audi Workshop Controller"
• 3-5 years of workshop controlling in Premium Automotive Brands.
• Strong technical background.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately estimate the times for diagnosis and repairs.
• Problem solving orientation.
• Speaking / Writing: English (Arabic is a plus).
5- "Audi Service Advisor"
• 2 years as a Service Advisor in Premium Automotive Brands.
• Presentable, good listener, willing to understand and able to communicate effectively.
• Recognized Automotive Training Certificates.
• Valid Kuwait driver's license.
• Problem solving oriented.
• Speaking / Writing: English (Arabic is a plus).
6- "Quality Check Technician"
• 3-5 years work experience in technical inspection and capable to road test the cars before delivery to the customers in order to assist in achieving satisfactory level of first time repairs.
• To assist with the Vehicle health check process to identify and explain to the customer the faults identified to enable the service advisor to pre sell the work before the customer leaves the dealership consultation.
• To ensure that no car is released to the customers with any failings of the workshop process.
7- "Sales Executives"
• 3 – 5 years of premium automotive sales work experience in Kuwait market and/or GCC countries.
• Able to engage with customers and create productive rapport in qualifying customers’ needs and use (remove his) unique selling points effectively in selling cars and accessories packages with maximum customer satisfaction.
• Able to successfully manage (remove his) clientele list and effectively build more and leads and contacts for potential sales.
• Team player, good listener, good communicator, strong negotiation skills and contributes in effective manner by achieving (remove his) periodical sales targets.
• Organized and able to manage (remove his) periodical reports and sales documents.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License.
