Responsibilities

• Director of Nursing: Lead and manage comprehensive nursing services, develop clinical policies and protocols, and oversee administrative activities to ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

• Specialized Nursing (Dental, Labor Room, In-Patient, ER, OT): Provide expert clinical care within specialized departments, ensuring patient safety and effective treatment implementation.

• Leadership & Strategy: (For Director role) Drive organizational change, manage departmental budgets, and foster a collaborative environment across clinical and administrative teams.

• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.

Requirements

• Director of Nursing: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 12–15 years of experience (including 5 years in a supervisory/HOD role). Must be licensed in Kuwait. Preference for Kuwaiti nationals or candidates with Western educational backgrounds.

• Staff Nurses (Overseas): Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid Kuwaiti practice license, minimum 3 years of experience, and a valid BLS certificate. Priority is given to those who have passed the Prometric exam.

• Staff Nurses (Local): Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid medical license, transferable Visa 18, and an available NOC. Priority is given to those who have completed Quadrabay.

• Core Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Hospital Information Management Systems, and high ethical values.

المسؤوليات

• مدير تمريض: قيادة وإدارة خدمات التمريض الشاملة، تطوير السياسات والبروتوكولات الإكلينيكية، والإشراف على الأنشطة الإدارية لضمان أعلى معايير الجودة الصحية.

• تمريض متخصص (أسنان، غرفة ولادة، أجنحة المرضى، طوارئ، عمليات): تقديم رعاية تمريضية متخصصة داخل الأقسام، وضمان سلامة المرضى وتطبيق الخطط العلاجية بفعالية.

• القيادة والاستراتيجية: (لوظيفة المدير) قيادة التغيير التنظيمي، إدارة ميزانيات الأقسام، وتعزيز التعاون بين الفرق الطبية والإدارية.

• إدارة العلاقات: بناء وبناء علاقات مهنية فعالة مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والفرق الطبية متعددة التخصصات.

المتطلبات

• مدير تمريض: ماجستير أو بكالوريوس تمريض مع خبرة 12-15 سنة (منها 5 سنوات في منصب إشرافي)، وترخيص كويتي ساري. الأفضلية للكويتيين أو ذوي الخلفية التعليمية الغربية.

• تمريض (تعيين خارجي): بكالوريوس تمريض، ترخيص مزاولة المهنة في الكويت، خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، وشهادة BLS سارية. الأولوية لمن اجتاز اختبار "بروميتريك".

• تمريض (تعيين محلي): بكالوريوس تمريض، ترخيص طبي، إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18)، وتوفر شهادة "لا ممانعة". الأولوية لمن أكمل إجراءات "كوادرا باي".

• الكفاءات الأساسية: مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية، إتقان أنظمة معلومات المستشفيات، والالتزام بالقيم الأخلاقية المهنية.
