Responsibilities

• HVAC Project Manager: Oversee and manage large-scale HVAC maintenance projects, ensuring strict adherence to KOC standards, safety protocols, and operational timelines.

• Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with local safety codes and international engineering standards.

• Strategic Leadership: Manage cross-functional technical teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee resource allocation to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Operational Quality: Conduct rigorous technical audits and ensure all maintenance and installation works meet the high-quality benchmarks of the Kuwaiti engineering sector.

Requirements

• For HVAC Project Manager: 10–15 years of KOC-related experience with a strong maintenance background. KOC Approval, KSE Registration, and a valid Driving License are mandatory.

• For Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the respective field.

• Legal Status: Must hold a Transferable Residency (Article 18) in Kuwait.

• Availability: Ability to join within 1 to 2 months.

المسؤوليات

• مدير مشروع HVAC: الإشراف الكامل على مشاريع صيانة أنظمة التكييف الضخمة، وضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير شركة نفط الكويت (KOC)، بروتوكولات السلامة، والجداول الزمنية.

• مهندس سباكة ومكافحة حريق: قيادة عمليات التصميم والتنفيذ والصيانة لأنظمة السباكة والحماية من الحريق المعقدة، وضمان مطابقتها لأكواد السلامة المحلية والمعايير الهندسية الدولية.

• القيادة الاستراتيجية: إدارة الفرق الفنية المتعددة، التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، والإشراف على توزيع الموارد لضمان تسليم المشاريع بسلاسة.

• جودة التشغيل: إجراء تدقيقات فنية دقيقة وضمان أن جميع أعمال الصيانة والتركيب تلبي معايير الجودة العالية في القطاع الهندسي الكويتي.

المتطلبات

• لمدير مشروع HVAC: خبرة بين 10 إلى 15 سنة في مشاريع KOC مع خلفية قوية في الصيانة. يشترط اعتماد KOC، عضوية جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE)، و رخصة قيادة.

• لمهندس السباكة والحريق: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في نفس التخصص.

• الوضع القانوني: يجب توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل دولة الكويت.

• الجاهزية: القدرة على الالتحاق بالعمل خلال شهر إلى شهرين.
