Responsibilities

Preparing and assembling specialized meals in alignment with diet-focused culinary standards.
Executing high-quality dishes across hot, cold, and pastry sections with precision and creativity.

Assisting in tray-line operations and ensuring accurate portion control for nutritional consistency.

Requirements

We are looking for skilled candidates to fill the following roles:

Commi Chef (Hot / Cold / Pastry)
Butcher
Trayline Assistant
Portioning Waiter

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in diet food or healthy meal-prep sectors is highly valued.
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

إدارة مهام الجزارة المهنية والحفاظ على معايير نظافة صارمة في إعداد الطعام.
المساعدة في عمليات خط التجميع (Tray-line) وضمان دقة حصص الطعام لضمان الاتساق الغذائي.
الحفاظ على بيئة مطبخ نظيفة ومنظمة لدعم تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة.
التعاون مع فريق الطهي لضمان إنتاج الطعام في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة عالية.
