• Accountant

Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Oversee and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accurately and timely.

• Inventory & Stock: Manage complex inventory accounting, including costing and regular stock reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency.

• Financial Integrity: Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.

• Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred.

• Core Skills: Deep knowledge of AR/AP, inventory management, and financial reconciliation processes.

• Residency: Must hold a valid transferable residency and currently reside within the State of Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة الحسابات: الإشراف على معالجة حسابات المدينين (AR) والدائنين (AP) بدقة وكفاءة.

• المخزون والتكاليف: إدارة محاسبة المخزون، بما يشمل حساب التكاليف وإجراء تسويات المخزون الدورية لضمان كفاءة العمليات.

• الدقة المالية: القيام بعمليات التسوية البنكية الشاملة والحفاظ على دقة السجلات المحاسبية العامة.

• التقارير المالية: دعم إعداد البيانات المالية والتقارير الداخلية للمساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل.

• الخبرة: خبرة محاسبية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجالات ذات صلة.

• الخبرة القطاعية: الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة سابقة في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران (FMCG).

• المهارات الأساسية: معرفة قوية بحسابات المدينين/الدائنين، إدارة المخزون، وعمليات التسويات المالية.

• الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في دولة الكويت مع ضرورة وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
