• Actively promoting Sakan’s digital platform and services to potential business partners to drive adoption.

• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and property visibility.

• Crafting professional business proposals, high-stakes presentations, and formal partnership contracts.

• Monitoring KPIs and providing detailed performance reports on all business development initiatives.

• Representing Sakan at major industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums throughout the GCC.

Requirements

To lead our regional expansion, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Location: Must be residing inside Kuwait currently.

• Legal Status: Possession of a transferable residency (Article 18) is required.

• Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual (Arabic & English) with exceptional communication skills.

• Availability: Candidates must be ready to join the team immediately.

• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of GCC real estate dynamics, and a results-oriented mindset.

• التعاون الوثيق مع فريقي المبيعات والتسويق لتحسين توليد العملاء المحتملين وترويج العقارات.

• إعداد مقترحات الأعمال الاحترافية، العروض التقديمية، وعقود الشراكة الرسمية.

• مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن أنشطة تطوير الأعمال.

• تمثيل شركة "سكن" في الفعاليات الصناعية الكبرى، المعارض، ومنتديات التواصل عبر دول الخليج.

المتطلبات

لقيادة توسعنا الإقليمي، يجب على المرشحين استيفاء المعايير الإلزامية التالية:

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.

• الوضع القانوني: يشترط وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

• المهارات اللغوية: يجب إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (Bilingual).

• التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: مهارات تفاوض قوية، فهم عميق لديناميكيات العقار في الخليج، وعقلية تركز على النتائج.
