Responsibilities

Manpower Management: Supervising technical teams to ensure site execution meets rigorous project timelines and safety standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Preparing accurate project accounts and progress reports using advanced Excel tools for management review.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring all site work and administrative submissions align with Kuwait's regulatory and technical specifications.
Requirements
Candidates must have specific experience within the Kuwaiti market to be considered for these roles:
HVAC Foreman: Minimum 8+ years of experience in HVAC installation with strong manpower handling skills. Previous PAHW project experience is highly preferred.
Accountant / Document Controller: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Kuwait, with specific strength in PAHW documentation, invoicing, and project accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of HVAC site execution or project-based financial reporting.
Location & Availability: Must be based in Kuwait and ready for immediate joining (Local transfer of residency is preferred).

المسؤوليات
مراقب تكييف (HVAC Foreman): قيادة أعمال التركيب في الموقع لأنظمة التكييف المعقدة، بما في ذلك أعمال الدكت (Ducting)، وشبكات المياه المبردة (Chilled Water)، ووحدات AHU/FCU.
محاسب / مراقب مستندات (Accountant / Document Controller): إدارة السجلات المالية الخاصة بالمشروع، والفواتير، ودورة التوثيق الكاملة المطلوبة لامتثال مشاريع المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية.
إدارة العمالة: الإشراف على الفرق الفنية لضمان تنفيذ العمل في الموقع وفقاً للجداول الزمنية الصارمة ومعايير السلامة.
التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد حسابات المشروع بدقة وتقارير الإنجاز باستخدام أدوات Excel المتقدمة لمراجعة الإدارة.
ضمان الجودة: التأكد من أن جميع أعمال الموقع والتقديمات الإدارية تتماشى مع المواصفات الفنية والتنظيمية في الكويت.
المتطلبات
يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بخبرة محددة داخل السوق الكويتي للنظر في طلباتهم:
مراقب تكييف (HVAC Foreman): خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تركيبات التكييف مع مهارات قوية في إدارة العمالة. يفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة سابقة في مشاريع المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية (PAHW).
محاسب / مراقب مستندات (Accountant / Document Controller): خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الكويت، مع قوة خاصة في توثيق مشاريع "السكنية"، والفواتير، وحسابات المشاريع.
المهارات الفنية: إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel وفهم عميق لتنفيذ مواقع التكييف أو التقارير المالية القائمة على المشاريع.
الموقع والتوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت ومستعداً للالتحاق الفوري (يفضل التحويل المحلي للإقامة).
