Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various sectors in Kuwait.

• Managing outdoor client visits and building strong, long-term professional relationships.

• Presenting and selling our range of products (specializing in plants and related landscaping items).

• Utilizing strong knowledge of Kuwait's regions to optimize sales routes and client coverage.

• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Providing regular market feedback and sales reports to the management team.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in outdoor sales, with a strong preference for those with experience in plants or related industries.

• Local Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Kuwait’s regions, neighborhoods, and commercial locations.

• Language Skills: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker (English proficiency is considered a significant advantage).

• Legal & Logistics: A valid Kuwait driving license and a transferable residency (Article 18) are mandatory.

• Availability: Candidates must be based in Kuwait and ready to join the team immediately.

المتطلبات

للتميز في هذا الدور، يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بالآتي:

• خبرة مثبتة: سجل نجاح ملموس في المبيعات الخارجية، مع أفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في قطاع النباتات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

• المعرفة المحلية: إلمام شامل بمناطق الكويت، أحياءها، ومواقعها التجارية.

• المهارات اللغوية: إجادة تامة للغة العربية (تعتبر إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية كبيرة).

• المتطلبات القانونية: رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية وإقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) هي شروط أساسية.

• التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت ومستعداً للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
