Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must possess a specialized background in finance, preferably within the educational sector:
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Sector Expertise: Direct experience working within schools or nurseries is highly valued.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.

المتطلبات
يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بخلفية متخصصة في المالية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن القطاع التعليمي:
الخلفية الأكاديمية: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة المهنية: خبرة محاسبية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 4 سنوات.
الخبرة القطاعية: تحظى الخبرة المباشرة في العمل داخل المدارس أو الحضانات بتقدير كبير.
الكفاءة التقنية: إجادة تامة لبرامج المحاسبة وبرنامج Microsoft Excel، والإلمام بأنظمة ERP.
المعرفة التنظيمية: فهم قوي للوائح المالية والضريبية الخاصة بالسوق الكويتي.
الكفاءات الأساسية: اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل، القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة، ونهج منظم في إدارة البيانات المعقدة.
