Marketing Executive

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive in Hawally. 
• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. The Marketing Executive should be able to develop and execute marketing campaigns, identify target markets, and help enhance brand awareness. 
• The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

Brand Management:

• - Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing:

• - Digital marketing including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and content marketing.
• - Optimize online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

Content Creation and Management:

• - Develop and Manage marketing content.
• - Ensure content is engaging, informative and aligned with brand messaging.

Campaign Execution:

• - Executive marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
• - Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Event Management:

• - Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, webinars and product launches.
• - Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for successful even execution.

Marketing Budget:

• - Monitor expenses and ensure marketing initiatives stay within budget.

Analytics and Reporting:

• - Utilize marketing analytics to track performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing.
• Ø 3-5 years + experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar role.
• Ø Knowledge of best practices for marketing in Food Retail.
• Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ø With valid Kuwait driving license & a car (preferably).
• Ø Bilingual (Arabic/English).

وصف الدور

• هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير تسويق في حولي. 
• سيكون مدير التسويق مسؤولاً عن تخطيط السوق وأبحاث السوق والاتصالات والمبيعات والتسويق. يجب أن يكون مدير التسويق قادرًا على تطوير وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية وتحديد الأسواق المستهدفة والمساعدة في تعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية. 
• سيكون مدير التسويق مسؤولاً أيضًا عن تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتحديد فرص النمو.

إدارة العلامات التجارية:

• - ضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية عبر جميع القنوات والمواد التسويقية.

التسويق الرقمي:

• - التسويق الرقمي بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني وتحسين محركات البحث والتسويق عبر محرك البحث وتسويق المحتوى.

• Ø 3-5 سنوات + خبرة كمدير تنفيذي للتسويق أو دور مماثل.
• Ø معرفة أفضل الممارسات للتسويق في تجارة التجزئة للأغذية.
• Ø مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
• Ø مع رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية وسيارة (يفضل).
• Ø ثنائي اللغة (عربي/انجليزي).
