Application Consultant
Job Description
Application Consultant opening for both our Kuwait and UAE offices.
- Analyse customer requirements and prepare blueprints.
- Provide timely, high quality and cost efficient consultancy and training services on ERP projects
- Undertake business process reviews and make recommendations to customers
- To resolve customer issues on time
- Liaise with Project Managers/Development team lead on the specific requirements of the customer and to provide feedback on the outcomes of the consultancy/training
- Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes.
- Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
- Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
- Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation.
Skills
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in project delivery and implementation, preferably ERP solutions
- Well experienced in working on design, configuration, training and support of ERP Projects
- Knowledge of standard business processes.
- Knowledge of F&B industry will an advantage
- Hands-on experience in BI tools preferably Microsoft PowerBI.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must have exposure to a proven implantation methodology

افتتاح مستشار التطبيقات لكل من مكاتبنا في الكويت والإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- تحليل متطلبات العملاء وإعداد المخططات.
- تقديم خدمات استشارية وتدريبية في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية وفعالة من حيث التكلفة على مشاريع تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- - إجراء مراجعات للعمليات التجارية وتقديم توصيات للعملاء
- لحل مشاكل العملاء في الوقت المحدد
- الاتصال بمديري المشاريع/قيادة فريق التطوير بشأن المتطلبات المحددة للعميل وتقديم ملاحظات حول نتائج الاستشارة/التدريب.
- توثيق وإبلاغ القضايا والمخاطر والتغييرات.
- تنسيق تحديثات التطبيق والإصلاحات العاجلة والترقيات للعملاء الحاليين
- دور النسخ الاحتياطي لمكتب دعم التطبيقات ومشكلات الدعم المتصاعدة
- المساعدة في إنشاء وصيانة مناهج ووثائق التدريب على المنتج الداخلي والخارجي.
مهارات
- شهادة جامعية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو التخصصات ذات الصلة
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في تسليم المشاريع وتنفيذها، ويفضل أن تكون حلول تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- خبرة جيدة في العمل على التصميم والتكوين والتدريب ودعم مشاريع تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- المعرفة بالعمليات التجارية القياسية.
- المعرفة بصناعة الأغذية والمشروبات ستكون ميزة
- خبرة عملية في أدوات BI ويفضل أن تكون Microsoft PowerBI.
- مهارات تواصل وحل المشكلات رائعة
- لديهم دوافع ذاتية عالية وموجهة، والاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتقوم بمهام متعددة في مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
- التوجه الاستثنائي لخدمة العملاء
- خبرة واسعة في العمل في بيئة تعاونية موجهة نحو الفريق.
