Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at ERMC.
- The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our facilities.
- This includes preventive maintenance, building maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and other facility management duties.
Qualifications
- Facility Management (FM), Preventive Maintenance, and Building Maintenance skills
- Plumbing and Carpentry skills
- Experience in performing facility maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
