Operations Manager
About this job
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our F&B operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our F&B operations, including but not limited to:
- 1. Operational Management: Oversee and manage the overall operations of our outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- 2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- 3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times, addressing customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
- 4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.
- 5. Financial Management: Monitor and manage outlet budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability and financial targets are met.
- 6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment for staff and customers.
- 7. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, conducting regular checks and inspections.
