Hiring "Brand Operations Manager" (F&B).
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic brand operations manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of one of our F&B brands, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and upholding our brand standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned F&B brand.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and
maximize profitability.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Create and present the brand's business plan.
Requirement:
Locally hired only.
Experience: Minimum 7 Years in F&B operations Management
Role (Arabic cuisine is preferred).
Nationality : Any.
DOJ: Immediately.
- Salary Package: KD900–KD1250

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
قيادة وإدارة العمليات اليومية للعلامة التجارية المخصصة للأطعمة والمشروبات.
تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية لتعزيز الكفاءة و
تحقيق أقصى قدر من الربحية.
مراقبة وتحليل مقاييس الأداء الرئيسية وتحديد المجالات المناسبة لها
التحسين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الضرورة.
إنشاء وتقديم خطة عمل العلامة التجارية.
متطلبات:
المعينين محليا فقط.
الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 7 سنوات في إدارة عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات
الدور (يفضل المطبخ العربي).
الجنسية : اي .
وزارة العدل: على الفور.
