2. قم بمسح حساب مقاصة GR/IR للتداول وتسوية الحساب مع الفواتير المتوقفة.
3. تسوية حسابات البائعين التجاريين على أساس شهري والحصول على تأكيد الرصيد على أساس ربع سنوي.
4. مسح حسابات البائعين التجاريين على أساس شهري (الفواتير مقابل المدفوعات والفواتير مقابل إشعارات الائتمان).
5. الحفاظ على ملفات البائعين التجاريين وضمان سهولة الوصول إلى الفواتير والمدفوعات والمستندات الأخرى ذات الصلة. و
6.الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع البائعين التجاريين والتأكد من التواصل الفعال معهم وفي الوقت المناسب.
7. أداء المهام الأخرى المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
مؤهلات:
1. بكالوريوس في المحاسبة
2.من 0-2 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة (الدرجات الجديدة مرحب بها للتقديم)
3. معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ المحاسبية
4. مهارات جيدة في برنامج MS Excel
5.خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (يجب أن يكون SAP)
6. مهارات التواصل والمتابعة الجيدة

1. Review, verify and post all trade vendor invoices with reference to purchase order issued and goods received.
2. Clear the trading GR/IR clearing account and reconcile the account with the blocked invoices.
3. Reconcile trade vendor accounts on a monthly basis and obtain balance confirmation on a quarterly basis.
4. Clearing commercial vendor accounts on a monthly basis (invoices against payments and invoices against credit notes).
5. Maintain commercial vendor files and ensure easy access to invoices, payments and other relevant documents. And
6.Maintain good relations with commercial vendors and ensure effective and timely communication with them.
7. Perform other tasks related to human resources.
qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience (new degrees are welcome to apply)
3. Good knowledge of accounting principles
4. Good MS Excel skills
5.Experience in ERP systems (must be SAP)
6. Good communication and follow-up skills
