Job Vacancy: Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description:
The role is responsible for growing sales and managing the ongoing business relations (Marketing, Sales, logistics & payments collection) for a list of Clients/Contractors/Applicators within Kuwait, managing internal activities, and facilitating communication between all relevant parties.
- Achieve/exceed sales goals with the assigned group of accounts.
- Achieve specific account business expansion goals.
- Develop close relationships with customers.
- Manage month-to-month sales forecasting process.
Requirements:
- Engineering educational background (Civil/Architect).
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Salesforce experience.
- Driving License.
- Transferable residence (Article 18).
- Bilingual Language (English/Arabic).

المسمى الوظيفي:
الدور مسؤول عن زيادة المبيعات وإدارة العلاقات التجارية المستمرة (التسويق والمبيعات والخدمات اللوجستية وتحصيل المدفوعات) لقائمة العملاء / المقاولين / مقدمي الطلبات داخل الكويت، وإدارة الأنشطة الداخلية، وتسهيل الاتصال بين جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة.
- تحقيق/تجاوز أهداف المبيعات مع مجموعة الحسابات المخصصة.
- تحقيق أهداف محددة لتوسيع أعمال الحساب.
- تطوير علاقات وثيقة مع العملاء.
- إدارة عملية التنبؤ بالمبيعات الشهرية.
متطلبات:
- الخلفية التعليمية الهندسية (مدنية / معمارية).
- 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة.
- معرفة Microsoft Word وOutlook وExcel المتقدم ومهارات PowerPoint المتقدمة.
- تجربة Salesforce.
- رخصة قيادة.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18).
- لغة ثنائية اللغة (انجليزي/عربي).
