We are looking for an experienced CDK/Keyloop Automotive Application Support professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in this field and possess good Keyloop application functional and technical support skills to support Sales, After Sales,
CRM, and Finance Modules. In addition,
the candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Set up and maintain user accounts.
- Provide training and support for end-user daily issues.
- Troubleshoot EOD system errors.
- Develop RepGen reports based on user requirements.
- Conduct period end closings of sales ledger, purchase ledger, asset, VAT, and vehicle management.
- Update OEM parts price files.

- إعداد وصيانة حسابات المستخدمين.
- توفير التدريب والدعم لقضايا المستخدم النهائي اليومية.
- استكشاف أخطاء نظام التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة وإصلاحها.
- تطوير تقارير RepGen بناءً على متطلبات المستخدم.
- إجراء عمليات إغلاق نهاية الفترة لدفتر أستاذ المبيعات ودفتر أستاذ المشتريات والأصول وضريبة القيمة المضافة وإدارة المركبات.
- تحديث ملفات أسعار قطع غيار OEM.
