We are hiring a Research & Development Officer in our Kuwait branch.
Summary:
Responsible for improving innovation in the insurance products by conduction market research and creating product-development pathways and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify unmet needs and untapped markets and address them
Conduct research in the economics, psychological and marketing behavior
Research Customers’ needs and expectations
Gather quantitative data, surveys, and statistics for the customer base
Combine quantitative and qualitative research to refine and validate innovative ideas and prototypes
Update existing products
Develop new products
Analyze each portfolio product’s odds and success
Design value propositions that incorporate new approaches to customer engagement & distribution
Ensure continuous innovation integration process
Identify potential opportunities in the market landscape
Pursue innovation value proposition by seeking an accelerator such as an external partnership, venture capital models…
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
Good comprehension of all lines of business – Medical / Motor & P&C
Microsoft Office skills
Kuwaiti Nationality is a must
Ability to multi-task
Excellent Research Skills
Curious
Good Communication skills
Strong Organization & Planning skills
